Who is Paula Crane?
Paula is an entrepreneur, a mother, a caring soul who lives with purpose and passion.
Paula believes in living out loud and living on purpose. Her professional background and unique life experiences have empowered her to help others realize their full potential.

In 1990, Paula began serving others through a career in Law Enforcement, with the York Regional Police Service. After two years in uniformed duty and several months in the fraud unit, Paula worked in the Victim’s Services unit, assisting people who had undergone domestic abuse. Here, she put caring, respect and dignity for all at the forefront of her work, leading to the development of a new project. “The Living Room” interview room was a new alternative to the traditional “interrogation” style rooms, where victims could relax and not be made to feel like criminals. Paula championed this cause and worked to secure funding for this special project. During her work in Victim’s Services, Paula also became professionally certified to deal with and counsel those with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) among other wellness-related work.
In the year 2000, Paula entered the business world, founding a new landscaping and snow-removal company. From small beginnings (one truck and 20 driveways on contract) she built the company up to a full-scale residential and commercial landscape management company, also adding a design and build component for patios, pools, etc. By 2009, Paula’s franchise concept was realized, and the company reached over $2.5M in annual sales and employed more than forty individuals. At this time, Paula sold her shares in the venture to her business partner and left to pursue her true passion – wellness coaching.
Since 2009, Paula has constantly added professional skills, certifications and experience in order to better help the clients of Life Wellness Coaching. She has never stopped or slowed down on her journey of personal evolution and transformation. Here are some highlights from her portfolio of accreditation and experience:
